It’s time to dig out your cutoffs and breezy dresses—warm weather has finally arrived. Despite the rainy days in the metro, the weather on most days pretty much sums up that it’s already summer ! The scorching summer sun can cause you to sweat, get dehydrated and even break out into a heat rash. However, you can prevent some of these problems by dressing smart and wearing the right clothes to beat the heat. As I scroll through the feed of majority of the Summer Collection Runways, pastel and stripes is the go to pattern for this season.

Hello to everyone who celebrated Valentines Day with their partners, friends and family. Hoping that you guys had a great one. You may have spent it alone in bliss or with your friends for life, whatever suits you best and just to remind everyone that Valentines is not the only day you should tell people you care about that you love them. You should always make them feel loved and cared about every day. To those who have been through hell and back, this is the best time to recuperate and rise back from the ashes. Treat each day as a new and humble beginning.

20 THINGS I’VE LEARNED IN 20 YEARS

I literally have no words to describe how awesome it is to have lived in this world for two decades. I have done many things in my life and have accomplished multiple goals that I’m proud of. Imagine living life with no regrets. Through the years I have discovered many things in life that are worth sharing. This list of lessons are in no particular order.

CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF EXISTENCE

Words are enough to express the feelings of the heart. Thank you for everyone’s kind words, heartfelt wishes, and beautiful messages. It really made my day memorable. I celebrated by 20th Birthday last January 6, 2018 – it was indeed a day to remember. I have reached another milestone in my life and I couldn’t thank you enough. For the Man up there who has blessed me with so much. Thank you. To my dearest friends and family, thank you. It’s not easy to put up with me, I tend to be difficult to be with and I highly appreciate those people who are very patient with me.

LIFE IS NEVER LIKE THE MOVIES

This year has been one hell of a rollercoaster ride. There were a lot of ups and downs that happened, and by a lot, I mean A LOT. Imagine meeting new people a long your way and then leaving them after a few months since you know for a fact that they’re not meant to be a part of your chapter. I learned that we need to let go of a few people who have been part of our lives may it be someone you just met two weeks ago or someone you’ve known for years, because if you keep holding onto these people who have already ended the chapter of their lives with you and closed the book, how can you close your own and start a new chapter then ?

TANGGAP EXHIBIT: SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE

In the midst of my hectic schedule, I was invited by one of my dearest friends since grade school, Allysha Chloe Punzal to attend their Tanggap Exhibit in LRI Design Plaza. Thank you for everyone who attended the exhibit and to all the artists, you did great. I hope you guys learned a lot from my talk.

Why Dating Today is a Struggle

I have been caught up with a lot of stuff lately. My mind is pretty much preoccupied this past few weeks. I was not able to squeeze in time to draft blog posts due to my hectic schedule. But, I’m back with a new entry.
